Terms of service

Bookings made on this site are requests. A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation by email or WhatsApp with the pickup time.

Prices are per person in EUR unless stated per boat. Marine-park and national-park tickets are included; tips are optional.

Payment is made on the day of the trip in cash (EUR, EGP or USD) or in advance by bank transfer on request. No card details are collected on this site.

Trips involve wild animals. Dolphin sightings are likely but not guaranteed and are not a reason for a refund. Weather cancellations by the port authority are refunded in full or moved to another date.

Guests must follow the guide and the marine-park code at all times. Guests who chase, touch or feed dolphins will be asked to leave the water.

Children from 4 may snorkel with a parent and a life jacket. Age limits per trip are stated on the tour page. Guests are responsible for declaring medical conditions.

Liability is limited to the price paid for the trip. Travel insurance covering snorkeling is recommended.
