Privacy policy

We collect the details you enter in the booking, review and contact forms (name, email, phone, hotel, dates, guests, notes) to run your trip and to answer you. We store them in our booking system in the EU-hosted database of our provider and in our email.

We share your name, pickup time and hotel with our crew and driver. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

We send transactional emails and WhatsApp messages about your booking and, one day after your trip, a single request for a review. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@dolphin-marsaalam.com.

This site uses no advertising cookies. A language cookie remembers your language, and the booking form keeps your progress in your browser session storage.

Videos on this site are self-hosted. Embedded YouTube players load only when you click them.
