Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your reference.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full price if a deposit was paid, and otherwise are noted on the booking.

If the port authority closes the sea for weather, we offer another date or a full refund of any deposit.

The Sataya overnight runs from 6 guests. If the minimum is not reached we tell you 48 hours before departure and offer another date or a full refund.

Wild animals are not a cancellation reason: no refund is given for days when the dolphins do not appear.
